This was the very first home that Colin ever constructed, designed for his own family. It consisted of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, multiple entertaining spaces, a large kitchen, and an informal dining area that opened up to a covered outdoor entertaining space, as well as two family rooms. A generous entertaining pavilion was located next to a stunning in-ground pool, which included a spacious outdoor kitchen, a toilet, and a shower. The property also featured a nine-car garage with a separate living quarters above. Colin and his family enjoyed many happy years in this magnificent home before they decided to relocate to Queensland. All of the building’s construction, paving and landscaping was done by Colin and his team.
