Colin Parker’s journey in the building industry began over 40 years ago, starting at just 14 years old working alongside his father. From those early days, he developed not only his skills, but a genuine passion for creating quality homes.

After spending five years serving in the armed forces, Colin returned to the trade with even greater determination. By the age of 21, he had earned his Builder’s Licence in New South Wales and completed construction on his very first home — a milestone that set the foundation for a long and successful career.

Over the years, Colin expanded his expertise, building homes while also running a landscaping and paving business. His work eventually brought him and his family north to Bribie Island, and today, based in Coolum Beach, he has proudly built a wide range of homes across the Sunshine Coast.
