This was a build right here on the Sunshine Coast. The build had many challenges along the way, as it was a rather steep-sloped block in Buderim, but they were dealt with very successfully. This resulted in an amazing family home.
The home had three levels with a large parents' retreat on the upper level with its own large private balcony. The middle level had four bedrooms with a balcony off bedroom 4, a large media room with a balcony, a bathroom, a powder room, the main entry and a double lock-up garage. The lower level had an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, another bathroom, a laundry as well as a wine cellar and access to an extra-large alfresco area beside the pool.
