We received a call from our agent asking us if we would be interested in this property. It was purchased by a large developer and they wanted to sell the existing house that the land surrounded. Colin and our team went to inspect the house. Upon inspection, Colin found that the house, a beautiful Queenslander, had been very neglected. There were a few water leaks, rotten timber cladding, railings falling off, paint pealing and many more issues, BUT her bones were good and she showed a lot of potential to clean up very nicely. After a discussion we made that decision to go ahead and take on the renovation. Colin and the team have done a great job so far and can’t wait till she is finally finished.
